The HDMI bidirectional switch work in both directions. You can connect 2 input devices to the switch or two output devices, depending on your situation. The switch automatically detect which devices are connected on the ports and works accordingly. By pressing the button, you can switch from port 1 to port 2 as source signal or sink signal. This switch supports a bandwidth of 10.2 Gbps and a resolution of 3840 x 2160 at 30Hz with a max. cable length of 10m.
